Poster format
Two poster sessions are going to be held:
Poster Session I: Monday, June 22, 2026 between 13:00 and 15:00 – from P-1 to P-44
Poster Session II: Tuesday, June 23, 2026 between 13:00 and 15:00 – from P-45 to P-88
All posters must be prepared in English.
Please bring your poster in portrait style (format A0, portrait format, H 1189 x W 841mm).
Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.
• Poster Session I: posters can be hung on Sunday and must be taken down at the end of the poster session on Monday.
• Poster Session II: posters can be hung on Tuesday and must be taken down on Wednesday.
Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of posters as given in the Programme.
Mounting material will be provided on site.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PRINT THE POSTERS ONSITE.
