The duration of the presentations is defined as follows:
• Plenary Lectures: 45 minutes
• Keynote Speakers: 30 minutes
• Invited Lectures: 20 minutes
• Oral Communications: 15 minutes
Presentation format
Acceptable digital format for presentation - 16x9 ppt. or pptx. and .pdf file.
Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note, a presentation with your own laptop is not possible.
All presentations shall be provided to the Slide Center on a USB flash drive at least one hour before the presentation time or the day before in case of morning session.

Language
The official language is English. No translation will be provided during sessions.
