Students and PhD Students participants, in order to apply for the reduced fee, should send a copy of their student ID or an equivalent document signed by an official supervisor at their university or academic institute via e-mail to the organizing secretariat at
Final receipt will be issued by Società Chimica Italiana and delivered at the registration desk in Milan. Società Chimica Italiana is VAT-FREE according to the Italian law artt. 1, 4 D.P.R. 26-10-1972 n. 633 with modifications.
The accompanying person fee includes: participation in the Welcome Cocktail, a 3-hour guided tour in English scheduled for the morning of June 23rd, entrance to Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano), entrance to La Scala Theatre Museum and roundtrip metro transportation. Admittance to the scientific sessions is not included.
Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an email to the Organizing Secretariat YES Meet
- Until 60 days before the Conference no penalty due
- Until 30 days before the Conference you will be refunded of 50%
- From 29 days before the Conference no refund will be possible
Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference, net of bank charges.
